Privacy-first digital services for UK small businesses
Respect your customers' data. Grow anyway
Why privacy matters
People notice how a business treats their information. A cookie banner on arrival, a form that asks for more than it needs or a newsletter they never signed up for all chip away at trust before a conversation has started.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Questions about privacy-first digital services
01 Does a privacy-first website mean I can't measure anything?
No. Cookie-free analytics still shows visitor numbers, popular pages, traffic sources, button clicks and form enquiries. What it avoids is following individuals across the web.
02 Will I still need a cookie banner?
It depends on what your website uses. If the only cookies are strictly necessary ones and your analytics is cookie-free, a consent banner for general browsing may not be needed. Embedded content such as YouTube can use click-to-play instead. We check what your site actually sets before advising.
03 Does this make my business GDPR compliant?
It makes compliance much easier, but GDPR also covers how you handle data in your own processes, not just your website. We can set up the technical side and point you to the right guidance for the rest.
04 Can you review a website you did not build?
Yes. We can look at the tools, plugins, forms and policies on your existing site and explain what each one collects.
05 Is a self-hosted community more private than a Facebook Group?
Generally, yes. Member data stays on your own website instead of a social network, and you decide who can see each area. It also means you are responsible for keeping the platform maintained, which our Website Care service can handle.
06 Do you use Google Analytics or advertising pixels?
Not by default. We recommend them only when a client has a specific need, and then with proper consent in place.
